Judging by the picture, which career option do you think I was referring to?
A.) Soldier
B.) Serial Killer
C.) Kristen Stewart
D.) Medium
E.) Mortician
If you answered (A), all I have to say to you is:

If you answered (A), all I have to say to you is:
The real answer is (E). And here's why.
1. Dead people don't judge.
2. Dead people don't harass you.
3. Quiet workspace.
4. Your job will never be out of date. People ALWAYS die.
5. You'll be helping a grieving family in need.
6. If you start your own business, you can choose not to financially ruin the family.
Now, what inspired me to undertake (no pun intended) this career, was the way my father-in-law's death was handled.
First, they lost, excuse me- "lost"- his wedding ring. This funeral home HAS to be the biggest, saddest, most cruel joke I have seen in a LONG time. If it wasn't for the Genesis program, they probably would have lost the body, too! In fact, there's a high probability that they lost his ashes as well. They were supposed to be in "before the holidays." This was said by the funeral home BEFORE Thanksgiving!
Plus, their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. $8 for a death certificate, plus $300 to perform a cremation??
No. My funeral home won't be like that. Bereaved families need support. Most families only have one person with an income, and with that person being gone, the last thing they would need is more fees.
At any rate, it's almost my bedtime. Good night my wonderful readers!
